Extra Services and Additional Services were replaced with Higher Everyday Living Fees under the new Aged Care Act from 1 November 2025. There is an ongoing need for providers to consider implementing HELF to support ongoing financial sustainability and the focus on implementation includes ongoing compliance.
The Pride Aged Living HELF Portal is a resource hub designed to support your organisation through HELF program implementation and day-to-day delivery. Subscribers receive updated information, tools and templates to help interpret requirements, assess organisational impacts, and embed HELF into practice.
