About the portal
It is proposed that from 1 July 2025, Extra Services and Additional Services programs will be required to transition to HELF programs.
Now is the time to act to ensure you are HELF-ready by the deadline.
We understand that responding to all the changes in the new Act will put great pressure on providers and their staff. So, we’ve developed the Pride Aged Living HELF Readiness Portal.
Subscribing to this portal will give you up-to-date information and tools to help you understand the impact of HELF on your organisation and support your readiness for 1 July 2025.
We will:
- Keep you updated on the progress of the legislation and Rules as they relate to HELF.
- Provide access to an FAQ portal.
- Provide access to our three HELF webinars.
- Supply our HELF Compliance Checklist to ensure you are HELF-ready by 1 July 2025.
As a subscriber to our HELF Readiness Portal, you will also have access to:
- Priority in developing new HELF programs that are ready to operate from 1 July 2025.
- Our assessment of the likely financial impact of HELF on your current AS program revenue.
- A revenue model for a ‘typical’ HELF program if you don’t have an existing AS program.
The HELF Readiness Portal fee is $2,995 + GST per provider. The portal is complimentary for current support clients.
