Our history
Pride Aged Living was established in 2017 by Bruce Bailey, who with 40+ years of consulting experience, wanted to create a holistic solution for the aged care sector.
Pride Aged Living is led by a team of highly knowledgeable industry professionals whose CEO-level and board capabilities underpin their expert consultancy services to the residential aged care, home care and retirement living sectors.

The name “Pride” was inspired by the collective strength of a pride of lions — a highly skilled, close-knit group working together towards a shared purpose. This reflects the way our team collaborates with organisations to support older Australians in achieving ageing with dignity, confidence, and connection.
