A Fond Farewell

We share with mixed emotions the news that our colleague and Director, Katrina Ong, has retired from her consulting role with Pride Aged Living.

For more than seven years, Katrina has been instrumental in shaping our Clinical and Quality Performance services, supporting aged care providers nationally, and strengthening the foundations of our consultancy. Her expertise, professionalism, and dedication have made a lasting impact on our team and the clients she has worked alongside.

Katrina has decided to step back from consulting as she relocates from Melbourne to Perth to begin a new chapter of life with her husband. While we will miss her leadership day-to-day, she will remain connected to Pride Aged Living as an owner, continuing to share in the journey she helped build.

Reflecting on her time with us, Katrina shared:
