Bruce has more than 40 years' experience in aged care, retirement living and the not-for-profit sector, with expertise spanning strategy, finance, mergers and acquisitions, organisational sustainability and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has advised boards and senior leaders through growth, complex strategic decisions and sector reform, and has regularly shared his expertise through industry conferences, webinars and publications.
Bruce is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser, Registered Company Auditor and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His experience serving on and advising boards continues to strengthen Pride Aged Living's leadership and long-term direction.
